The range of Patisserie blocks are bold, architecturally inspired, risers made from solid oak, taking the presentation of cakes to a higher level giving chefs a platform to showcase their creativity. They are currently available in 4 different sizes Small (210 x 210 x 100), Medium (210 x 210 x 140), Large (210 x 210 x 170) and Long (400 x 210 x 80) and prices are available upon request.
